Defiance II power port query

Hi. I have had my Defiance II since December and I am delighted with it. One thing that worries me is that when I am using it with the power supply connected it seems to disconnect from the port very easily. I can't remember if it has always been like this. It looks fine and is still charging but I was just worried I might have somehow damaged it. Could anyone with a Defiance II confirm either way that it is fine or I may have damaged it?

I'm afraid I can't. If you don't get any luck on the forums (they're more of a community of PCS customers than official tech support channels) you could try phoning PCS. You can email them too, though they seem quite busy atm and emails can take a while to be answered in such circumstances.

But if there's a fault with the laptop power port or the cable that comes with it, they should be able to help you identify it and presumably arrange for any RMA that might need to happen. :)
