Just posting quickly to thank everyone at PC Specialist! The spec advice on the forum was top notch (even though i went 400 over budget!) and the customer service over the phone about the recent Sandy Bridge issue was brilliant (only waiting around 3 minutes before speaking to a well informed staff member!) The quick response and advice about the issue has been very high quality and i just wanted to thank every one of the staff for the help.
I'm sure i can speak for many people in saying how difficult this must be for you guys, dealing with all the problems with the SB builds (guy on the phone even commented how many times he had repeated it in one day!)
