I don't have C3 to know, but if people are calling you out for hacking, it's probably out of how good you may have played and they can't take being beat (Classic FPS-online pride thing "OMG they killed me, they must be hacking!" ), but I don't know how you would have gotten banned if they didn't have proof. Is there a way to maybe appeal against a ban? If so, possibly try that, since calling someone a hacker is not any real grounds to ban someone, compared to actually catching someone who hacks, in the act and proving it.
I mean, if they are banning due to hearsay, they'll lose more players than what they gain.
Thanks for the reply, I haven't been banned yet!! Lol but I just wonder why name popped up for a vote to kick me. I'm a 30 year old man who goes on for fun I don't care about k/d etc I was playing maximum so no kill cams etc so I don't know what is going on? It says on the message SERVER: ALL VOTE TO KICK PLAYER ........... And people vote
Sounds similar to MGS4 online, then. If it's a majority vote against someone to have them kicked from a game, then it happens, but it's abused often. Were you doing well in the match/whatever the game setting was? If so, that's the only reason I can think of that they would try to have you kicked, because they're sore loser. xD
I was going ok got the most points because I captured the most flags but my k/d was shockingly bad, but I don't want it to be like get kicked some many times and then your banned? Also I heard they ban your origin account not just crysis 3!? Hmm
I found that, I got voted too kick like every other game I joined... it's usually stupid kids that do it for the hell of it or some guy that gets mad because you outplayed him once :L don't worry about it too much, you wont get banned!
I think they should remove things like that from online gaming. I'm fairly sure the intention is if someone is abusive or something in game, so people can get rid and carry on as normal, but it's abused more than it's actually used how it was intended unfortunately.
I remember on MGS4 online that if others thought you were lagging and causing the match to glitch or anything, they would try vote you out, so Ping quite possibly is a factor.
Vote kicking is used a lot in counterstrike too, when I first started playing people would kick me for being bad, all I wanted to do is practice haha oh well, the practice paid off I guess...
