Cosmos 2 - keyboard issue

Hi,
I have just bought a Cosmos2 laptop and in general I'm very satisfied.

My only problem is about the keyboard, the spacebar doesn't works very well.
Now I received the laptop less of a week ago in I would like to know if it is possible to change only the keyboard without to send back the laptop.

it should be if you are alright about taking the laptop apart yourself, you will need to ring PCS and arrange for it to be sent out. it should be a simple enough job so as long as you have a screwdriver that fits the screws then you should manage it yourself.

Though as I said above, you will need to call the support line to get a new one sent out.

Try contacting technical support. I believe it is possible for them to send you the keyboard.
