Cosair RBG Ram comparability issue

Hey,

in the part selector it says the Cosair RGB ram is not compatible with the H115i Liquid cooler inside the CORSAIR OBSIDIAN SERIES™ 500D SE CASE, does anybody know why this is? It seems hard to believe even with this radiator mounted on the roof that there wouldn't be enough space in this case for the higher form ram.
I have attached a picture of the case with a ceiling mounted AIO cooler (Not sure what model this is to be fair, but it is all Cosair for sure) and the RGB ram inside the case and there is still so much room, I have spoken with the sales team on the phone but they seem adamant this isn't possible and you cant have the RGB ram in this case.

It’s not something we can comment on, it’s PCS who set what can and can’t be fitted. They also limit the cases that the h115i can be put into which is overly cautious imho, but they’ll have their reasons.
