Corsair h115i rgb question

Hello

So after a day or two playing around with some rgb settings on my pc. i've been unable to sync my corsair h115i platinum rgb to the icue software (it doesn't appear)and only after having another look at the cooler pump, i think there is a cable missing at the side of the pump head which should connect the a usb 2 on the motherboard?

That is the cable i've been looking for, it is not in the box and wasn't plugged in to the liquid cooler when i received it. I assume i should have got this cable with my order?

I would contact PCS. It's possible they have misplaced it during the build and not noticed it missing due to the RGB functioning.... just not being controllable.
