After the announcement of what is essentially a lockdown by Boris Johnson, will those of us expecting new PC's actually get them? I feel his announcement that all "electronics" stores should close was too vague to ascertain an answer to this, or maybe I'm just in denial that I won't get a pc I've been saving up for for years. Can anyone offer some clarity?

You'd need to contact PCS for a proper answer, we can only speculate.
None of us work for PCS and they don't monitor the forums. The only reference we have so far is the following notice on their main site, but that was obviously posted before Boris made the announcement tonight:
