I know that the 1st generation had temp. problems when it came to gaming. I've seen several laptops from different brands overheat after a mere 2-3 hours of gaming, not to mention that i worked for dell, and had to support Alienware computers

Is this still an issue with the 2nd generation of the i7's? And would it be prudent for me to get myself a cooling pad when i intend to spend several hours of gaming in a row?

Thanks :)
