Most of the laptops are Clevo laptops, they also do Tong Fang.

It’s around 1600€ What i found that looks like to have good specs is 17,3" VYPER. As it has 230W power brick it should have better cooling than 180W laptops but specs aren’t important if they’re going to hit thermal limits.
