Will i find any problem changing the fans? Plan on switching them to Noctua NF-R8-REDUX ones. I can buy 4 pin to USB adaptors.
This cooler has the advantage of moving the fans to the upper corners, the optimus V laptop could use this positioning to good use.

After looking at more coolers, the Enermax Aeolus Vegas Notebook Cooler is a possibility. Just need to know the diameter of the fan magnets, you can get a 180mm fan in each corner.
