any idea how to power up two front fans in this case? they're already connected on the top control board of the chassis (to the speed control slider I guess) but only rear fan is working at the moment.
Did they come like this? Silly question but have you tried adjusting the speed slider? Second silly question, are they definitely not working or can you just not hear them?
I cant find a picture of the fan controller itself but from what I've seen on the review pages there should be 3 pin wires coming from it.
Are your front fans plugged into those? Could you get a picture of where your front fans are plugged into?
You could also try plugging the rear fan into the same cables the front fans are connected to currently to see if it is the fan controller / fans that are causing the issue.
Also, if all else fails you can usually plug the case fans into the motherboard directly too, although that depends on your motherboard obviously.
photos showing wiring inside as well as on control top board. As you can see rear fan and CPU fan are connected to motherboard. Two front fans are connected to the control board on the top of the chassis.
Yeah, everything appears to be in ok. The only thing I can think of suggesting is trying to use the rear fan on the control board to ensure its not the front fans that are faulty. Also check to ensure the molex (four pin) connector from the control board is plugged in (although I guess if it wasn't you'd have more problems... still worth a look though). If the front fans work plugged into your motherboard it may be the control board is faulty. Have you tried the front USBs etc. to make sure they work ok?
USB ports work fine, also power and reset button - no problems at all. I've also checked SD card slot and it's alright. Still got no clue but I appreciate your input mate.
Its not a problem bud, just a bit gutted I cant help ya e-fault find it .
Next best guess would be to give PCS a call tomorrow they should be able to tell you what (hopefully) fairly simple thing I'm missing. Or how you can go about requesting an RMA.

You were right. It was a bloody molex... Cheez, it's been hidden so well round the cages inside I couldn't even find it in the first place (well done to assembly guy from PCS). Somehow PCS decided not to connect this to the lower green PCB (it's the one responsible for dual-boot HDD function) as I've got only one HDD. Apparently the lower green PCB must be connected straight to PSU in order to use all features of the top control panel, including powering up the front fans. Thanks again for your help. They're finally spinning!
