Connecting existing disk drives into new PC

Hi
I am soon to order a new custom PC.
However, I have an existing PC with a 256GB SSD and a 1T HDD full of pictures and documents, etc. that I don't want to lose.
How easy is it to remove the SSD/HDD from the old machine and add into the new machine?
Do I need to ask PCS to add in some additional cabling?

I am assuming that the a Define 7 case with 2 (maybe 3) sockets taken will have plenty of space to add in two additional drives?
Thanks.

It's really simple, literally plug and play.

You don't need to ask PCS for any additional cabling, all spare cables will be included in the welcome box.

You'll have plenty of space for the 2 drives.

Also, you're allowed to make modifications and upgrades to the build without affecting warranty so long as you don't damage anything in the process.

I added my own HDD to my PC (had M.2 fitted as part of order).

I did have them fit cables for HDD and also PWR cable for my graphics card (fitted my own)

that was simply to make life easier when I received it, just slotted graphics card in connected power, fitted HDD and connected cables, sorted.

I simply asked them on online chat.

removing your drives from current machine is a doddle.

also if you have Windows, you can transfer licence, saving costs.
