Confused

Hi Guys

Wonder if anyone can spread some light on my recent order, I have checked my order on the PCS website and it says my pc is "In Building" however I have recieved an Email saying that my pc has been built and is awaiting testing and configuration.
Can someone tell me which is correct?

I'd go with the email. I think, in my case, there was a delay between the status of my order online and the email confirming the testing stage.

What Ruben Said The Email is correct, the status on the tracker can sometimes take a while to be updated

If in doubt, assume its the one that is closer to the PC being in your outstretched arms (it'll make you feel happier )

It means it has finished the building stage, but has yet to enter the testing stage, and since there isn't a 'waiting' status on the order page on the web site, it will just say 'in building' til it actually starts the testing stage.

I ordered my wife a PC, and it is the 5th working day into the build, but still in Pre-Production. I know this is the longest stage the PC will be waiting in, but I also understand there are a slight delays at PCSpecialist now? Any updates on potential delays? Is this still the case and will we have to wait longer than normal delivery times?

OK its a laptop but I'm on the 11th working day of pre-production, you just have to be patient and hang on in there, all the figures quoted are estimates.
