Computer does not turn on

Well,
I installed new cooling, and turned it on, everything was fine.
Turned it off, installed bottom fan, again everythign was fine,

I reseated the memory, now PC turns on but nothing is happening. The startup blink from keyboard does not happen, the blinking light next to power light does not blink?

Whats could be wrong?

is the memory seated properly...when you push in there is a click which tells you its in properly...are there any beeps when you turn on 1 beep ,2 or none.if there are no or 2 beeps there is a hardware problem i believe......anyway i dont know that much ,someone else on here may be able to aid you better.

Check all the components that you have adjusted, it sounds like something you've changed has caused it to stop booting now. Be very careful when working inside your computer because static can build you on your body and if the components are not handled correctly they can be damaged.
