I bought a computer from you last December, and it has worked fine until about 2 weeks ago, when i started experiencing crashes to the desktop and sometimes it resets and shows me a bluescreen and then restarts.
I dont know if this is software or hardware related problem, i ran a memory diagnostic with the windows tool and it showed this screen:
And here is the report that Windows gives me, after restarting:
