M.2 SSD Drive 512GB WD Black™ M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 2050MB/s R | 800MB/s W)
The WD Black isn't a very good NVMe SSD. The 960 Evo would be a much better bet.

4k high refresh rate monitors aren't available yet as far as I know. They keep getting demoed/ teased but I don't think you can actually buy one yet.

You could look at something like the Acer Predator XB321HK (4k, IPS, gsync, 32") which is supposed to be quite nice: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/acer-predator-xb321hk-uhd-monitor,4681-8.html

If pvp shooters are your thing you may want to consider 1440p high refresh rate.

Be aware (if you're not already) that a liquid cooled system will need periodic maintenance e.g. draining, flushing and refilling the system.
Memory (RAM) 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3600MHz (4 x 8GB)
If it's for gaming, 32gb is excessive - not future proof, just excessive.

There's barely any difference between 8gb and 16gb RAM as it stands.

16gb should be more than futureproof. By the time you need more RAM, it won't be the RAM that's holding you back, it would probably be the age of the CPU and motherboard socket. It wouldn't surprise me if DDR4 was obsolete by then...

Thanks for the points Oussebon, and apologies for the delay in reply, been a manic few days.

All points taken on board, however if I were to go for an alternative with just fan cooling what would you recommend?

The H100i V2 is a very good and popular AIO water cooler. It's a sealed unit so there's no maintenance involved (other than dusting the radiator / fans, as you would with any PC anyway). The Noctua air cooler is also a very good cooler and should be fine for an OCed system.

You could go for the 3600MHz RAM if you have the money. It's well beyond the point of diminishing returns for most things, but the system would still be a lot cheaper than your liquid cooled option anyway.

You might want to either source and install your own GTX 1080 ti model or go for the FTW3 model for a £100 premium. Not so much for the extra performance as for the better cooling depending on what model PCS are using at the moment. I wouldn't normally recommend it from a value for money point of view but again it's still going to be cheaper than a custom loop liquid cooled system.
