Code 43 Graphics card problems

This code 43 error I keep getting when my GTX 670 is plugged in, is there anything I can do to sort it. So far I tried: removing it and reinstalling it (same for drivers), disabling in device manager- hard reset still no change, physically taking it out and putting it back securely (numerous times). With the card plugged in my monitor resolution is all messed up, and has a weird blue grid around the screen, so its gotta definitely be something to do with the card right. Could it be something to do with the ASUS BIOS settings on computer startup I might of changed by accident? Other than that i'm stumped, any help would be appreciated. (haven't got a spare PC to test graphics card). Also just to add, when I have the graphics in, my computer sounds like its working double time, its pretty loud. But without it, its fine.

I suspect that you're either having driver problems or you have a faulty card.

I would suggest that you use DDU (https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-v17080-released) to ensure all previous graphics drivers have been properly unistalled and then ensure that you have the correct driver by downloading it from the Nvidia website.

If that doesn't sort the problem I would suggest that the card is probably at fault.
