Clevo / optimus 4 windows 8 drivers?

This is mainly aimed at the Admin but welcome any factual input.

Is there any word from clevo regarding updated drivers for the W370ET chassis please?

Most of the 7 stuff works OK but would of course be better with specific 8 drivers when released.

Any response on this please? (I know this isn't an official support line but i've tried phoning and basically he had no idea)

Most of the main laptop players have driver sets released already, hopefully clevo will do the same.

OK, official drivers out on clevo's site now.

No USB 3.0 driver and nothing on intels site either for the extenSible controller.

I'm having the same problem with USB 3.0 on windows 8 too :<
I've looked around and there's a thread on the Intel forums. It seems they haven't released the driver for windows 8 yet...

Windows 8 is meant to have the driver in-built but that's not working...

Haven't seen any workarounds as of yet (apart from reverting back to windows 7 of course)

Yeah, i'm hoping intel sort it out soon...just bought a new 3.0 external :(

Suppose i can't blame PCS for this one, if i hear anything i'll post a link here. Got the same problem on my games PC with a MSI Z77 board so i'm guessing the controller is a popular one, i'm just amazed no one picked up on this with the beta and release previews that the stock driver didn't work.

I'm still waiting for a logitech, steelseries and roccat to bring out 8 drivers, hopefully they will all start filtering on to their websites soon.
