Hi

At some stage my aging 3 year old PCS PC will need to be replaced and I have a budget of approximately £650-£700.

The processor seems to be the best I can get for my price range as the Intel ones are a bit pricey.
I know most applications only use 4GB RAM but the difference in price between 4GB ad 8GB isn't great so I thought it would be worth it. Is there any benefit in getting the 1600mhz as again not a huge difference in price?
I need the case to be at or less than 200mm wide so have gone for the basic one as this is similar to the one I have already and has been fine for cooling. The better cases were either too wide or expensive.
I've never had any issues with the basic PSU's and don't seem to really be able to afford the more advanced ones.

The main question I guess I have is with the 1 GB GTX 560, would this card be better than the 1 GB HD6870? There is hardly any difference in price and before I have always had Nvidia so would prefer to keep with them unless the Radeon card would give me better value?

Thanks

That looks like a fantastic build within your budget. The 1333 ram is perfect as the 1600mhz ram is needed only when your overclocking. The case is fine and the psu is good. Theres very little to choose between the gtx 560 or the amd 6870. If your budget is upto £700 then i'd get gtx 560ti which is a great card and can play most games maxed out :)

Everyting is covered in that spec, im not sure if you could get a 560ti in their because you might need a PSU upgrade im not sure, but if you could i would get a 560ti as it is a really good card for the money.

Otherwise the processor, RAM and HDD are all perfect for your budget and intended uses.

Like i said i was unsure if it would require an upgrade or not, if the site lets you order it then all is well.

Everything else looks spot on, you have about the best spec you can for your budget. Now just get it ordered and begin the wait! ( it's the best part:D)
