CD key for windows?

Hi, Windows has recently come up with the message saying that "Windows Is Not Genuine" and it asks me for a CD key.
I can't find the CD key in the welcome pack or on the box for windows.
How do I get one?

The CD key will be on a sticker on the back of your PC or if it's a laptop, on the bottom.

You might have to call up PCS for another CD key. It should be in the welcome pack.

I doubt if PCS would give another key,anyway,if you purchased a Windows Operating System the product key will be on the back (sometimes the side) of the computer case,as TheGeeza said.

On our PC's the window's sticker will be at the rear of the case,all key's are logged when entered into our system and can easily be retrieved when required.
