I'm stuck about what to do with PC cases.

I'm happy with getting a bog-standard 'Stylish Piano Black Enigma Case' but someone told me to spend an extra £80-90 on the 'Coolermaster CM Storm Sniper Case'.

Is there any reason to spend so much money? In my opinion it's only aesthetic and I'd rather spend the money on better specs.

Any advice would be great!

Its a very nice spec and you are right you will most likely be absolutely fine with a standard case unless its a particularly warm room or ventilation is blocked.

For this spec i would be very tempted to get a good quality case like a CM-690 or maybe one of the Haf's. Not a huge fan of the sniper but thats a personal thing.

I can't say I'm overly fond of the Storm Sniper, either. My budget was £1616.46, but I think I'll wait a while as the CM690 pushes the price above that price range :[ Maybe I could find a doting Human to provide the last ~£30. Was planning on this as a Birthday present to myself, but, alas, financial constraints are in place XD

You'd better check that a 580 would fit into the 'Stylish Piano Black Enigma Case', the card's nearly 300mm long and the case is only 420mm deep

I think, I'll go for the 'InWIN Dragon Rider Black Gaming Case' has some good features on the front i.e. 4 USB ports. Looks fairly decent, 578mm deep and £79.

Does any one recommend not getting this particular case with my set up?

Upgraded the Mobo to the Pro version and the cooling to Fenrir. A little more expensive, but I want to get it right ^_^

Sounds like it's a decent enough case well worth the extra money. I think if I get a few more replies stating it's a good piece of kit, then I'm sold!
