Hey guys I have a vortex IV, i noticed that I couldn't open the backlight configuration menu and I can't turn the back light off. Its permanently stuck on blue. I tried to do system restore thinking it could have been a recent windows update. Instead it went back a week, erased all the system restore points and stopped windows update from opening at all and has not fixed the problem. I have tried uninstalling the hotkeys 7.0030 driver (can't open) after doing a clean boot (windows update now works) but still no luck with opening up the lighting configuration. Also when I changed volume or brightness I use to get a small animation in the top left of screen which has now stopped also. I am on windows 7 64bit.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
