Hi,
I apologise in advance but I know almost nothing about computers.
I have looked into the issue but I can't seem to resolve the issue.

So I was in the middle of playing a game when the screen went black.. Then blue with sad face and a qr code. From there the computer shut down and I haven't been able get back on since.

I have taken pictures of the issues I am experiencing as well as my order form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Can you access the bios when the laptop is booting? To see if there's another boot device you can select?

Looks to me that it could be the windows install has corrupted. I'd also consider prepping a USB with a fresh windows installation on so you can go down that route easier if its neccessary.

Thanks for responding

If press F2 as the computer turns on then it just takes me to this screen

Then I'm not sure where to go or what to do from here.
Side note with you mentioning windows. I updated to windows 11 3/4 days ago

Failing that, unless someone else has a better plan I'd move onto trying to reinstall windows (you'll need another device and a USB stick to do this:
This explains how to clean install:

Download a new copy of Windows using the Media Creation Tool (Second option on linked page) to an 8GB (min) USB.
Boot that USB and choose a Custom Install.
Delete all UEFI partitions on the system drive (EFI System, Recovery, MSR Reserved, Primary).
Select the unallocated space that results and click the Next button. The installer will create the correct partitions and install Windows.
Run Windows Update repeatedly, even across reboots, until no more updates are found.
You may need/want to download and install the latest graphics driver from the Nvidia/AMD website (they change so regularly the latest version isn't always in the Windows libraries).

This is also worth a watch

Doesn't look like there's a boot drive listed there, if you're confident you could try to open the laptop up and see if there appears to be anything awry with the storage drive (m.2/ssd) - if you're not feeling overly confident I'd recommend giving PCS support a call as they can talk you through exactly where the drive is on the laptop and what screws to unscrew etc. etc.
