Can't boot & BSOD?

This morning at work my pc would post but no signal to screen. It would just stay that way. After a few more attempts it managed to get screen signal but I got a BSOD saying page fault in nonpaged area.
After another attempt in the BIOS it said overclocking failed, which is strange because my cpu doesnt seem to be overclocked (even though I ordered it so).
I pressed whatever F# button it said to go to the settings and changed the settings to what it described as optimal defaults.
It then booted fine and I'm working on it fine.
Should I be concerned? My livelihood at the moment is relying on me getting 3D done

Could be the battery, Was the system time wrong?

Now it takes many attempts to get it to post. Even if.it.does it freezes completely in Windows. It's even completely hung in the BIOS.

Opened it up and hit reset on the mobo. Worked straight after that. Had one more BSOD saying page fault in nonpaged area some time later. After that worked all day.

New bsod today 3 times "system service exception" would rtb but can't due to work

This could be a problem with almost anything,hardware,overclock,drivers or software.biggest software suspect being antvirus program.
Does the event viewer give any clues?
