Can someone check this 1.5k build?

I have a 500gb 760p that I'm planning to put into the build as a boot drive. Unfortunately can't go for the 6700xt to save money due to no support for NVENC, RTX and DLSS. Can someone check whether this build looks alright? I'm concerned about the fan and argb headers on the motherboard, as there are only two of each despite there being 5 fans (3 of which are argb) in this build. Also wondering how much the second black fan will benefit me in terms of airflow at the expense of noise and whether I should remove one or even both. But if there's any other changes you'd like to make, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
Got a few questions for you.
Firstly, any reason for choosing Intel? AMD are currently the better choice for a variety of reasons, outlined below.
What are you going to be using the PC for? Mentioned NVENC so is streaming on the cards or is this purely for gaming? Any editing, rendering etc?
What monitor are you using? Make/model or resolution and refresh rate would be handy to know.

Planning to play and stream AAA games and Minecraft RTX at 1080p 144hz but I'm planning to upgrade to 1440p 144hz eventually. Might edit a tiny bit but I don't wanna get an 8 core cpu for it, it's gonna be really minimal if any. No blender rendering, no workstation stuff, no machine learning. Also going Intel because the 5600x isn't available currently, and a 5800x would be pointless and would go over my budget.

About to eat so I will try and come back to this later.
An 8 core CPU is optimal for streaming, especially in more intensive CPU titles.
How soon are you thinking about upgrading to 1440p? If it's more than a few months I would recommend going with a 1080p GPU and upgrading later. It's going to be a struggle to fit a 3070 into a £1500 build without compromising other components, unfortunately prices are very high at the moment.
