Buying secondhand game black ops 2

Ok got Black Ops 2 from ebay but on installing it is asking for a code, there is a code on a piece of paper which on the other side has an advert for Nuketown 2025.

The seller says there should be another code!!! Have I purchased some expensive plastic?

if that is correct, then you need to get in that resolution centre, as like ThomasM said loosk like you have been ripped off!
