I would make quite a few changes. Is it just for gaming? I wouldn't go with the r9-290x, noisy and runs pretty hot. I would go with the gtx 780, putting the SSD as the primary drive and a caviar black as the secondary drive. The primary drive is where you get the Os installed and you will benefit more from an SSD as the first drive. For gaming you also don't need windows ultimate and 32gb ram unless there are other used you have not indicated

As well as keynes suggestions I would also go for the i7-4770 CPU instead (and its relevant motherboard) and a higher spec case (I'd be looking at the £65+ cases)
