But for your budget you might want to consider going with the HD6950 for a GPU, could use the money saved to upgrade whatever parts you want, to a nicer Case or maybe a bigger Hard Disk

id recommend getting a better case, the PCS Maelstrom T900 is a very popular choice for those on a strict budget

Well heres my suggestion. By going with AMD you can get a 8GB ram at 1600 MHz so it would perform much better.

You really wont see the difference between the 1600Mhz and the 1300Mhz, the 1600Mhz is really only for OCing for normal use you may as well go for the 1300Mhz imo

Ultra settings might be a push, especially for hungry hippos like Witcher 2, but will still work fine for a time to come :)
