Broken G-Sync?

Hey guys!
I need some technical support for my Octane II Pro with GTX 980.

I have a desktop PC with GTX 980 and G-Sync monitor and the experience in games is not quite the same.

For example lower framerates on my dekstop look more fluid than on the laptop. Maybe its just the horrible refresh rate of the laptop screen (25 ms) compared to my desktop refresh rate (1 ms) ? On the laptop if the FPS drops below 50, than the game starts to have microstutter.

Also there seems to be a bug with my machine that seems noone else has. This bug is with Rise of the Tomb Raider.

If I play the game on the laptop screen while DX12 and G-Sync is active, then the textures become corrupted while moving the camera and they will leave an aftershadow.

Its hw level problem, not the screen, since Shadowplay can record it:

if I disable the built-in screen and use only an external G-Sync monitor, then it will work fine:

Any idea why is there a graphical corruption during movement if the game is used with the built-in screen ? (again, if it was the screen's fault, why can Shadowplay record it?)

Any idea what is the problem and how can I fix it?

Also, what is the latest vBIOS ? My current vBIOS is 84.04.88.00.2A. I have checked reviews of this latop and nobody had this vBIOS ...is this the latest official vBIOS ? My system BIOS is 1.05.06.

I literally tried every driver up from the 359.xx series and nothing helped. I even reinstalled Windows 10 and now I have really bad static coming from my speakers... (using the drivers from the CD)

I had this problem on Farcry 4 and it ended up being the Nvidia Shadow Setting, i think its called HSBA+ of something. If i turned that down it would fix it but it only ever happened on that 1 game, not tried it out on Tomb Raider Sorry.

I would try turning that setting down first just to diagnose the problem.

Does it happen on DX11 also? Is it just one tomb raider

Also is it just a motion blur effect? I would try tinkering with that too

To trouble shoot these problems i usually set everything to LOW then put each one up to High/Ultra one by one till i find the setting that is causing the issue.

It happen only when using DX12 and the built in screen. No problem with external monitor.
With DX11 there is no problem except that the entire game feels more choppy. With dx12 GSync seems to work better, but this aftershadow is annoying and I dont want to use thr laptop with an external monitor to avoid this issue...

If its only during DX12 its most likely a driver thing or software issue.

Have you run DX11 with Gsync too?

Have you tried tinkering with the shadow settings to see if that resolves the issue? Nvidia Works can cause strange issues.
