Boot up problems all ready with new pc

Hi, i'm having issues with my PC, some times when I turn it on I won't get a 'beep' and it won't load up properly. Very frustrating as the only way I can then turn it off is manually, which risks damaging the PC

My specs :
Z87 motherboard
GTX 760
8GB Hyper X Beast RAM

Any ideas why this is happening? Not very happy to be honest...
