Boot to Windows Recovery

I have a Ionico Series laptop and need to restore to factory specs. Is it possible to boot into Windows Recovery Mode? Former user did not provide password.

You’d need to clean install, not windows reset.

If there’s a BIOS password you’re stuck, only the previous owner can give you that

As above, plus there is not Factory Reset option on PCS builds. Again as above, you need a full clean reinstall of Windows.
