I have a 4x BLU-RAY ROM DRIVE, 16x DVD ROM and I can't play BluRay due to software(I think), does anyone know any good free codecs or software to play BluRay?

have you checked your welcome pack from pcs there may be a software disc in it, my pack had a copy of cyberlink powerDVD 13

VLC will play blurays, but you need to install some additional libraries and codecs:

If you ordered the Blu-ray drive with the computer a software disk will be supplied as AAHALL said.

You will need the disk,if you haven't received one give PCS a call soon as possible.
