Bios and Drivers updated before shipping?

Just curious, because the first thing I do when building a computer is I update the bios and download the latest drivers. Will they just build it and ship it or will the computer be ready for me to work and play when it's plugged in?

I know windows comes installed even if you don't choose to pay for a Windows license and it'll be an unlicensed version, which is fine because I have a key for that myself.

Thanks

The BIOS and all firmware will be fully updated ready to go. Drivers obviously wouldn't be a consideration if you're ordering without windows, you'd have to install all those.

If you're ordering without windows, you can't use the test image they install, you'd have to reinstall from scratch.

I can't just upgrade from the windows store? I have to completely format it and install it again?

Yeah, you have to do a clean install. The test windows won't be properly configured and you have no idea what's been setup and what hasn't. People who've activated it before have suffered BSODS and general issues. It's not configured for the user.
