Better LCD screen for Clevo W650SF?

I have Clevo W650SF. The max. screen resolution is 1366x768px, which is very little for these days. I would like to replace it with a full HD LCD screen. Is it possible to do it? If so, should I get from PCS or any other source?

There is also a dedicated graphics card GeForce 840M in my laptop.
