Best way to clean PC interior?

I've had my build since March 2021 now and I regularly clean the exterior but I've recently noticed that it's quite dusty inside, particularly the graphics card and whilst I'm not experiencing performance issues, I obviously want to prevent that from happening in the future so is there a safe way to clean the inside components without taking it apart? I don't feel confident in my ability to do that without breaking anything which is why I've put this off until now.
