Best time to call?

I placed an order last year, was hoping to call and get an update on stock and supply but having waited for 30 minutes in the automated call system and moving from 14th to 13th in that time I was wondering if there was a better time to call than in the afternoons? What time do the phone lines open and close and is it possible to arrange a call back perhaps? Any tips or tricks would be much appreciated, cheers!

Drop them an email. They've got back to me within a day both times lately.

What are the specs of your PC? Theres threads here which can help explain those situations

Hey! Thanks for the quick reply! I am not optimistic given it’s gated behind a ASUS ROG STRiX 3080 and the new AMD 5900x and I’m aware of the stock and supply situation. I will email for sure, my expectations are that perhaps I’ll get this rig by June at the latest assuming Covid doesn’t affect things any further...

Well if your expectations are june i'm hoping you end up Surprised in a good way . The Strix 3080 does seem to be the hardest part to come by going by peoples experiences on here

There was a post yesterday that around 100 strix 3080 had been delivered so if you are an early order from last year, I guess early October??perhaps then you may get lucky.
I got a 3080 strix from a 24th Sept order.
