Batman Arkham City?

Just ordered a PC back on the 29/09 (Not recieved yet) with 2 3GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 580 cards and noticed Batman wasn't included.

And I see people on the forums that have configured PC's after me and it has been included on their order.

And if I configure a different PC it is included.

Just wondered if I'm likely to get it or not, and if not, why not.

Possible, but it showed up when I first configured my PC, and shows up if I configure a PC now.

But didn't show up when I placed my order.

Well my PC is now in building and looks like I won't be getting Batman.

Bit disappointed really as I spent a lot on a PC.

I'd contact PCS - as you say the offer still appears to be open and there's no reason why you shouldn't get it as the cards qualify.

Just looked at my order from a few weeks ago and it mentions the free Batman right at the bottom of the order under miscellaneous - I don't mean to sound like i'm treating you like an idiot but have you looked there? I ask as when configuring hte free offer appears up near the graphics card(s)

Wasn't showing on the order anywhere.

Emailed them about it.

PC now dispatched and they have added Batman to my Welcome Pack.
