I have recently bought Optimus II laptop. Here is a copy of my RMA letter I have sent today, I hope they will cope with this problem the right way from now on.
"Dear Pc Specialist,
I am utterly disappointed with the product and the service I have received from you. I decided to buy a laptop from your website as you had very good reviews. I must say that my experience has a been a big disappointment so far. I have ordered a laptop in September, it took you a month to send it over as some of the components weren't available. When I called you, your colleague promised me to include some games with the laptop, but unfortunately nothing came through to this day. When I finally received it, I was really disappointed when I saw the state of my brand new £1000 laptop. I have attached images of the state of the laptop when unboxing it:

Parts weren't properly screwed and there was a massive gap at the bottom. Your colleague said to me that this happened during the transit, but it's hardly believable as I could see that the bottom just wasn't properly screwed.
I have been using this laptop for only 3 weeks, but it seems it already overheats. I have tried to play Battlefield 3 game, but the laptop just simply crashed and turned off about 8-9 times during the gameplay. I know that certain mechanisms are in place to make sure overheating doesn't cause permanent damage, but just after 3 weeks of using!? I never put anything in front of the fan to make sure the air circulation is fine, in one occasion I had my phone about 4-5 inches far from the fan and the phone was just roasting after a while. I am working as a graphic designer, I change laptops every year or so and to be honest, this is the poorest quality laptop I have ever put my hands on. The sound of the speakers is REALLY REALLY bad, I mean really bad honestly. Webcam is far worse than on my previous laptop. Overall the plastic case seems very fragile, when you knock on the surface next to the touchpad you can hear all different kinds of sound. I have also installed every possible driver from the CD I have received and my NUM PAD on the right side of the keyboard still doesn't work. This is definitely not what I expected for my £1000. I honestly feel I have been ripped off. That is why I would like to return this product and not to receive any replacement. Thank you."
Kind Regards,
