Ax200 Spotty Bluetooth (and Wifi)

Hiya I just got my PC and it's so much better than what I had previously :) but I'm having some issues with the motherboard the WIFI was a bit dodgy, which I seem to have fixed by changing some settings but it shows an error on the Events page and the bluetooth connection is dreadful. Can't even sit on the other side of a small room, If I knew the build in bluetooth was this bad I would probably not have got the AX200 so hoping it's something thats wrong with it and its not supposed to be this bad. The error is:

Anyone seen this error before? Couldn't really find anything applicable online and I already tried rollbacking the driver and updating it again.

Have you made sure you've downloaded all the windows update?

Can you please post the full spec of your pc.

you say the wi-fi was dodgy have you connected the antenea, might be worth taking the AX200 out and putting it back in to make sure it is fully seated
