Awaiting dispatch

My PC is currently awaiting dispatch, on a Friday which will be delivered on Monday. I’ve been trying to get a hold of PCS on their phone line now for almost two hours and am still on hold, I am trying to see if I can pay the premium to have it delivered tomorrow. If I put a sub order in for delivery for Saturday before 2pm will that guarantee it be delivered tomorrow? I would rather speak to someone over the phone to confirm this but being on hold for 2 hours is getting rather tedious.
If anyone can help with this please do.

There's nothing we can do as none of us work for PCS.

Have you tried the web chat? On the main forum, go to the contact us page, and scroll right to the bottom right and you'll see the web chat button.

If it is despatched today (due to staff shortages, DPD may well not do a collection), then you do have the option to upgrade to saturday delivery in the DPD app which is on IOS and Android.

I’m using a mobile phone browser. When I click contact us on the main forum page it comes up with just a message box with email address/name. Would that be the web chat? Also thanks for the quick response

They will do this, they've done it for me in the past, but it means sitting on the phone till you speak to them.
Its the only way you'll have a chance of catching them in time. I think collection tends to be in the afternoon (sure ive seen 2pm or 3pm mentioned somewhere before).

Cheers for this, yup been sitting on the phone now since 9:15am and still on hold, it wouldn’t be to bad if I knew how far roughly I am in line on the phone.

Yes, that's it. You can request a desktop view on the browser you're on for a better view.

Yeah thats pretty bad... i'm not sure whats going on.
I didnt have the same issues two weeks ago so I guess they are totally rushed off their feet.
Hopefully you can catch them in time!

I’ve just got off the phone from them, they changed my delivery to Saturday before 2pm. I am now one very happy person. It’ll be like Christmas for me tomorrow! Thanks the help guys!
