At last...

In case it helps anyone else waiting impatiently out there, here's the back-story with dates:

Ordered Thurs 8th February
Reached "Pre-Production" Tue 13th February
Went straight to "Testing" Fri 23rd February
Dispatched Monday 26th February.
(so it seems PCS managed to test, QA and dispatch it without building it... :stuart

Two questions someone can maybe help me with:

1. DPD's tracker says they'll deliver between 06:00 :sleep1: and 22:00. Do they actually deliver that early? Or do I get a text giving me a time slot?

2. PCS's email says: "Please ensure that you check the consignment before signing for it, and if there appears to be a problem, please sign for the delivery as "UNCHECKED"." I guess this just means - check the packaging for damage? There's no way I can even open it while the courier's there, let alone set it up.

They'll usually give you a 1h timeslot.

Just as you say.

If the packaging's damaged you can sign unchecked.

If the packaging's totally fine but the PC has a problem when you set it up, that's what the warranty's for and PCS seem pretty good about honouring their warranties. But I'm sure it'll be fine
