The 3770 and 3820 offer very similar levels of performance, the only difference is the price and the 3770 uses a slightly newer chipset. It also has adequate onboard graphics - so you won't need to get a basic standalone card like the GeForce 210 which won't offer much more than the included HD 4000.

As you're not overclocking there's little need for the higher frequency RAM - the 1600MHz memory is still very fast. I would suggest you go for the copper heatpipe cooler over the H60 watercooler - again you're not overclocking and an air based cooling solution is more reliable. I also find my H60 to be much noisier than expected, I turned the fans up to drown out the noise from the pump. It doesn't bother me for my rig but it would if I was aiming for a near silent PC. The copper heatpipe cooler has always been well received on these forums as a quiet and efficient air cooler.

Also check you need a specific feature of the Pro version of Windows 7 before paying the difference.

So your original spec is fine but personally I would go with this alternative for the reasons above.

To supplement this; it actually offers much less than the HD4000, which is about four times as fast with newer features and a much lower power consumption.
