I have a problem with my audiojack, in the way that it doesn't recognise any headphones I have. I am using the Realtek Audio HD Driver on my Vortex IV. I have basically gone through all my options on the control panel on Sound and Realtek, and I can't find anything to make them work.
This is what it looks like when I plug my headphones in. The sound says it's playing through the speakers, when actually plugging in the headphones gives no sound at all from anywhere. The headphones aren't showing up in the playback devices (yes, disabled and disconnected devices are switched on to be visible) and nor on the device manager. The only two places where the headphones seemed to be recognised are in the bottom-right corner of the screen in the pop-up, and in the analog Back Panel in the Realtek window, which is the circle in black.
This has been bothering me for a while now, and no one seems to have an answer online. I'm not a computer genius, so I'm not familiar with technical terminology.
