I'd go with the M4A87TD purely because it has a better chipset and is not a microATX motherboard. I always try to avoid MATX motherboard unless its for a small home office system as you can never be too sure what they cut out when making a smaller board. Though the case might limit you to a 78LT-M.
Thats helpful info to know... The case Im going for is Coolermaster 310, will that be OK M4A87TD mobo??? Will there be much difference in performance between the two boards??
The case is fine for both as its an ATX sized case.
Not that you'd notice but purely on personal preference I'd go with the M4A87TD. Plus there is the added USB3 on board backwards compatible for now, but when more USB3 devices are available it will be great.
