Have got operating system, office, and anti-virus.
Questions:
1. My old laptop was broken because of poor cooler. How is the cooling feature of this Enigma II? I didnot find any review about this aspect.
2. Can I setup a 64-bit windows on this laptop? My experience answered me OK, but I think to find a spec to answer me is much better than my gut feel.
If I can come up with more questions, I'll ask.

Hello,

1) The Enigma II has two copper heatsinks - one for the CPU & one for the GPU (Graphics Card). These are both kept cool by a single fan. There is a large exhaust vent at the left side of the laptop (you can see this in picture one). From memory (I'm at home at the mo) there are also vents underneath the laptop for extra airflow.

2) Yes, you can install a 64bit OS no problem. We sell this laptop with Windows 7 64bit and it works perfectly.

Windows 7 x64 works fine, got it running myself on this laptop. There are no air intakes on the underside but cooling isn't a problem, the exhaust vent on the left churns out the heat impressively well, in fact you'll have a nice little hand-warmer free of charge!

Thank you two very much.
Randomthom, you made me laugh by the last sentence. Actually I do rely on the warmth made by my computer in winter, haha.

"Life Cycle: 70% Design Capacity after 300 Cycles in 25°C", I think that's about battery life, What does this mean?

That means that after letting the battery run empty & then giving it a full recharge 300 times it should have about 70% of it's initial battery life (at 25°C). This is typical of Li-Ion batteries (almost all laptops use Li-Ion batteries).

Most manufacturers recommend letting the laptop battery drain to empty & then recharging at least once a month.

On the assumption that you did it once a week, 300 cycles would last you about 6 years & it would still have 70% of it's original capacity.

Thank you. I've bought this Laptop. My money was charged maybe today's early morning. Now it's in pre-production stage.
I read a report about the problems of Intel 6 series chipset yesterday. Fortunately the chipset of this laptop is PM55.

If you are going to set up an unactivated windows 7 on my ordered laptop, could you set up an ultimate version of windows 7? My windows is the ultimate version. For convenience, I can only type in the key instead of re-installing windows 7. I don't know how to let your staff who deal with that know this except call 0844 499 4000 and post here, so I post my request here.
