Are the ports on the top USB2 or USB3? (feeling dumb)

Feeling dumb here but I have gathered up the courage to ask. I bought the system below about a year ago. I have only used the USB ports on the back of the machine, for keyboard, mouse and external drives and a card reader. I can identify USB2 vs USB3 here by the usual colour convention ie blue is USB3 and also by consulting the motherboard manual. But there are two two USB ports on the top of the case - can I identify whether these are USB2 or USB3, without tracing the connectors to the motherboard? and if so, how, please.

I believe both front ports for that motherboard are USB 3.2

Corsair's spec says "(1x) USB 3.1 Type C, (1x) USB 3.0," Not sure the MB supports the type C though:

Ah, I see that in the manual now. Sorry to be thick - will that be dependent on where PCS will have plugged attached it to the motherboard? Or is it pretty certain that what it is attached to will make it USB 3.0?

The I/O front panel only connects to one header on the MB, so it will be 3.0
