Are PC's built on Bank Holiday Monday?

I realised that PCSpecialist say they're open on bank holidays, but it just doesn't count as a working day. Does this mean that it will just be customer services in working or does it mean everything is like normal but it just won't count as a working day for your order?

I believe it's just RMA's and customer services operating on bank holidays.

So queue time doesn't count on bank holidays. But if you need to call them they're there.
