Are Custom Laptops Assembled Before Dispatch?

Hello, this is my first post on the forum. I signed up to ask a question before I purchase a customised laptop (Octane 17.3).

Like it says in the thread title, when you customise laptops, are they built inside the laptop before dispatch? Or do you have to assemble it by yourself?

They're fully built and if you order it with windows then it comes with all drivers installed ready to go. If you order it without windows there's a login to the main pcs site which you use to download all relevant drivers so you can install windows yourself

All PCs and laptops sold by PCSpecialist are fully assembled and tested before they are dispatched
