Anyone got a BOSE Solo 5 Soundbar?

We're limited for space on the TV stand so I'd like to be able to stand the front of our Sony Bravia TV on top of a BOSE Solo 5 soundbar with a similar sized support for the back legs of the TV (which I'll make). The Sony Bravia weighs 5.2kg and about half that weight will sit on top of the BOSE Solo 5. Will The BOSE support that weight?

Anyone know...?

I had a similar soundboard and was thinking of doing the same until I contacted the manufacturer and they indicated it was not recommended to do it. I don’t think it is designed to support a TV and that’s probably why it is not indicated in the owners manual.

Thanks keynes. Since starting this thread I've located a manual for the BOSE and it does say in there not to put the TV on top. I'm looking at compact sound-bases now that can support the TV.
