I've opened up the back of the laptop to give it a clean and was able to do a basic clean (remove dust from around the fan blades and pump air through it to the outlet) but unlike previous laptops where you can remove a cover off the fan to clear the dust on the heat sync grills, this model does not allow you to do so (also the heat sync look like it is one big one attached to both CPU and GPU. The fan has lots of sticky pads (not thermal) attached to the heat sync which without removing them can't even try to lift the fans out to dust around it. Has anyone cleaned out the fans and heat syncs on this model before or is there a tutorial for this laptop? It seems a bit bad that a laptop would make it so hard for self maintenance , almost forcing people to go back to the company for a service of it. Hoping someone might be able to help with this one, if you need any photo's let me know and I can open this thing up again.
